Escalation Process

If a client does not receive a satisfactory response from the Client Servicing Team within 10 business days, they may write directly to our Principal Officer, Mr. Navin Kumar, at info@nkfsindia.in. A reply can be expected within 10 business days of receiving the escalation.

Further Redressal with SEBI / ODR Portal

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge your grievance with SEBI at https://scores.sebi.gov.in/scores-home or write to any SEBI office. You can also use the SCORES mobile app available on Google Play Store.

As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, you may also use SEBI’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal for resolving disputes through conciliation and online arbitration. Access the ODR Portal here: https://smartodr.in/
